    I really enjoyed this book Lisa! I want a mentor like Race. Cody doesn't always know it, but he's one lucky kid. I loved how his relationships with the adults in his life seem to pull him two steps forward and one step back and in the end he discovers his true self despite of or because of them. Great coming of age book. And as a bonus, I'm learning an awful lot about stock car racing and it's fascinating stuf
